Size exchange within 14 days
If your outfit doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size within 14 days of delivery. The outfit must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.

Refunds within 14 days
INARA provides refunds. You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 4958122 or email helloinarafashion@gmail.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the refund.

Courier charges for returns and exchanges
If you chose the wrong size and INARA sent exactly the size and item you ordered, you pay the courier charges for the return or exchange.
If INARA sent the wrong size or the wrong item, or made another mistake in packing or sending your order, INARA pays the courier charges for the return or exchange.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
With Cash on Delivery you can open and check your parcel before paying the rider. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we will review it and put it right as quickly as possible.
